6 Pack Ab

6 Pack AbsWho doesn't want that lean, sexy 6 pack ab look. Whether man or woman, the elusive six pack tells others you care about fitness, and that you have the determination to acquire it!

Most, who admire this level of fitness, whether it be on a man or a woman, believe they could only achieve the 6 pack ab look after doing thousands of crunches and running endless miles.

While it does take effort to get a six pack, most people go about it all wrong and waste an incredible amount of time and effort! And although it may not be as hard as most people think, it does take time and effort and why expend all your energy doing things that won't help you achieve your goal? It's my purpose

What it Takes to Get a Six Pack

First of all, you can do situps and crunches all day and night, but until you remove that layer of fat that covers your abdominal muscles, you're simply not going to make any observable progress. To remove belly fat you're going to have to be willing to cut out the simple carbs and sugars and replace them with lean protein, vegetables and fresh fruits (in moderation).

The second ingredient necessary to achieve the 6 pack ab look is ACTIVITY. You need to do at least 10 to 15 minutes of INTENSE bending, twisting and stretching exercies a couple times a day. Good old fashioned calistenics will do more than you can imaging to rev up your metabolism. Sitting at a desk, or on the couch all day will defeat everything else you might do to get a six pack. So if you're serious, you simply must add about 30 minutes of INTENSE ACTIVITY each and every day.

And finally, you DO need to add exercises that target the abs. These exercises include situps, crunches, and side bends. Also, some weight trainning will help you to tone up and kick your metabolism into high gear.

Incorporate these points into your daily routine, and you will achieve your goal
